Gonzo Brewery
GONZO Brewery is a new Kyiv mini-brewery that offers beer brewed according to original recipes and its own technology. Started work in 2017. The owners of the brewery are the owners of OLD BAR, VIDRO Craft Beer & Kitchen and Gastro Bar Klaipeda, who lit up with the idea of craft beer and decided to try it themselves. “Gonzo” – (crazy, strange, absurd). In gonzo journalism there are no established rules, no structure is required, schemes are often missing, there is a discrepancy between form and content. But about the construction of the object and putting it into operation this can not be said.
